"Dale was fantastic for us. We had tenants in our York cottage that said that they had found bed bugs upon checking in. That can be a scary experience, so we refunded their rent/deposit and contacted a professional pest control company. Dale answered his phone at 8:30 on a Saturday night and was more than willing to assist us. Fortunately our renter had taken pictures of the bed bug that they found and we forwarded it to Dale.
